The Philosophy of Romance

Is romance real?  Does it have value?  Is romantic love important?  What should people do to acquire romance?  How far should a person go for the love of romance?

Historically speaking, romance has had different values at different points.  So how do we know if it is necessary to have romance in order to have real love?  Can love and romance exist at the same time and in the same place?  I wonder...

Romance is the mood that is set and embraced and enjoyed.  It should be a part of our lives.  It should be a part of love...  But is it entirely necessary for it to be with another person?  Romance feels wonderful shared...halved.  But even at that, so many beautiful moments are just as meaningful when shared with nature, children and friends.

The photo collage I have created here are all photos from the facebook page of "Jetsetter".  They are incredible places all over the world that inspire passion and emotions of romance.  My Gramps always used to say that a picture is worth a thousand words.
