Welcome back to the TLB!  Today's Vlog was shot outside in the sun and fresh air!  It was refreshing:  windy...but awesome!

To summarize and give you a written rundown of the subject, I want to focus on the area of our words and what we say and think.  The words that define us are the words we speak and think often or with feeling. some words to add to our vocabulary:

Happy
Good
Joy
Special
Lovely
Amazing
Awesome

Some words to remove:

Hate
regret
angry
despise
terrible
horrible
awful
